Panoz is a American sports car manufacturer founded in 1989 by Dan Panoz. Panoz cars have competed in various professional racing series, including the American Le Mans Series, the United SportsCar Championship, and the European Le Mans Series.

Panoz is named after its founder, Dan Panoz, who is of Hungarian descent. Panoz's first car was the Esperante, which was introduced in 1997. The Esperante was followed by the AIV Roadster, which was introduced in 2000.
